Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Due to my mother wanting to keep the chair and her being years of age I agreed to keep the chair I find their proposal of resolution unsatisfactory as I don't understand why they were willing to pick up the chair and give a full refund but unwilling to pay the difference that they charged at time of delivery To me this is just another way of poor business in that they have the chair back and then resale it at probably a profit We have been dealing with this since the middle of May and I am tired of the rhetoric I just want it to be known by others shopping at Higdon's to make sure they get everything in writing so they don't have the bad experience that my mother and I have had Thank you for following up on this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,

Due to my mother wanting to keep the chair and her being 90 years of age I agreed to keep the chair. I find their proposal of resolution unsatisfactory as I don't understand why they were willing to pick up the chair and give a full refund but unwilling to pay the difference that they charged at time of delivery. To me this is just another way of poor business in that they have the chair back and then resale it at probably a profit. We have been dealing with this since the middle of May and I am tired of the rhetoric. I just want it to be known by others shopping at Higdon's to make sure they get everything in writing so they don't have the bad experience that my mother and I have had. Thank you for following up on this.
