Joe Higens recently cleaned the carpets in the home we had just moved into The prior owners had cleaned the carpets but they didn't "feel" clean The work Joe did was truly outstanding The carpets were softer, brighter, smelled fresh, and felt wonderful to walk on with bare feet! They now feel truly clean, deep down with no residue We were very impressed

Joe arrived a bit early for our appointment--the traffic wasn't as bad as he thought it would be He is extremely knowledgeable about ph factors, reactions with chemicals, etc He was able to get red wine spots(a lot of them) and other types of spots out of our white carpet His process is like magic He also was able to completely clean a chair in which I had sat numerous times after exercising He was able to get the "sticky" feel out I will no longer sit in the chair when sweaty He is prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and he stands behind his work He offered to come out the next day if we had any reservations about spots reappearing No spots reappeared We will use him again
