Review: I'm not certain if the complaint type is the best suited one for this situation. I had received a call from an "UNKNOWN" number with the other end claiming to be from Higginbotham Research, saying they were doing studies in my area.I have not given out my number in any sense to warrant this type of phone call. I am on the Do Not Call list.Desired Settlement: If someone could investigate into how they got my number, or possibly remind them that Do Not Call means DO NOT CALL, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

The phone number ###-###-#### was called on May 24th
2013. The respondent indicated that they
did not want to participate on the study and wished their phone number be
removed from the sample.
The phone number was immediately removed from our study
sample and was never called again.
