I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was just on the phone with Evans Printing in SpartaThey do have the packageI asked why it was "refused" and they gave me the address Spee-Dee tried to deliver this toHighBid auction put the wrong address for delivery on the packageWrong house number, wrong street name, which is why it was refusedI have never lived at the address he tried to ship it toHighBid does have my correct address as I have received a package from him beforeI also paid for my items with a personal check with my correct address on itThey also have my correct address from when I registeredMe not receiving the package is due to his error
All of this could have been avoided if HighBid called Evans printing a couple weeks ago to figure out why it wasn't deliveredEvans told me that they have been trying to contact him as well and he isn't responding to any of their calls or emails either He has refused to try to solve this problem, never once told us that the package was waiting for us to pick it upHe refuses to respond to any of our phone calls or messagesOnce I receive the package, I will consider this resolvedThis is HighBids error that they need to correct

Check was mailed to address given by Mr [redacted] and was mailed back by a lady that said she found the check lying in her driveway. When I called to explain this to Mr [redacted], he asked me to hold the check until he came back to pick up more items from my business. He never showed up to pick up the check....
I spoke with Mr [redacted] via text message on 10-29-15 at around 8pm and he stated he will pick up the check on 11-5-15.
Package shipped and returned to the shipper (Evans printing in Sparta) as Refused by addressee. Package is still at Evans Printing and the buyer can contact them about the package.
