looking at the interchange I have told him the fitting is the same, the only thing is different is ESheadlight comes with LEDsAnd he was totally fine with itHe did not purchase worth of parts he only paid dollarsAnd at the end he has threatened me and assaulted me and all I said was have a great dayAlso he asked me to bring the parts back I have replied to him saying that I would except your return not problem I would only exchange it or give you a store credit as our store policyI have never said anything bad to him, but trying to help him out, but he wants everything for freeIm sorry that your new to the car business like you have explained me and you don't even know what kind of model is your carSorry I will refuse service to you at all timeYou are not welcome back to this particular store as you have threatened me and assaulted me

I am rejecting this response because: I have not threatened or assaulted him. I paid him $700 cash as he asked me. I have the record from my bank that day that I withdrew $700. This person is a liar. Telling your customer a part will fit and not telling them it will not look the same. They should read a couple of reviews of theirs online because I am not the only one complaining about your services. Cheating customers and getting money from them wont take his business very far. $700 is a lot of money and I work hard for this money specially when I did not get the right parts that I needed. He is also lying that I paid him $300 instead of $700. Because all the parts he gave me was not worth $300 especially for a [redacted]. I can also prove fair values for what he gave me. Like he said he does not want deal with me, refuses me service and I am not allowed back in his store. Just give me my money back and we dont have to deal with each other anymore. Believe me I dont want to deal with this lying individual either. I dont mind taking him to small claims court either if I have to to get my money back.

Review: I was looking for parts for my 2010 [redacted] ES350 on Craigslist Sacramento. I called this individual on 916-802-0700. It told me to ask for [redacted]. So I talked to him asking if he had the parts I needed. I needed passenger side headlight, Hood, reinforcement, bumper cover, right side fender and radiator support. He said he had everything and texted me his address and asked me to come over. When I got there he told me he was in the process of moving because his landlord doubled his rent and he needed money. He told me I have to pay cash and all the parts will fit and match my car. So I went and got cash and sold everything to me for $700. I asked for the reciept he said he can email it to me because he was in the process of moving. So at the bodyshop the repair guy told me the headlight is not the right year, the reinforcement was the right one, the hood, fender and bumper cover were damaged. So I called him back asking he has to replace the parts with the right parts or refund my money. He told me he can only give me store credit and he does not have the right parts. He also told me that he sells 100s of parts and cannot guarantee if its the right part or not. I did not see any store policies posted and he didnt give me a receipt either. I even offered him to keep a $100 for restocking fee and return $600 back to me. I have all this conversation via text and he told me I was wasting my time. I dont own a business where I can use his store credit. I just neede the parts for my car thats it.Desired Settlement: I ended up buying new after market parts and dealer parts. So I would just like to get my money back. I want request Revdex.com to notify these businesses not cheat customers and give them their receipt.
