High Class Auto sales

I will begin first off by saying, [redacted] is a local competitor in the car dealership business and is a Salesman at [redacted] Auto Sales, and that this complaint is 100% misleading and is falseI have no logs or files of this person, nor have we ever spoke to him before this complaint This was a failed business tactic and is very disrespectfulI have spoke to [redacted] and he has agreed to resolve this case and take it downThe complaint was concerning a Mercedes-Benz MLad I had posted online that stated the car had a clean interior and exterior, and it didThe description did not include a broken bumper because the damage was clearly in the photosAnd he had mentioned this in the complaint tooWhen I stated the exterior was clean it was concering the rest of the vehicle's overall paint conditionJust because the front bumper is cracked does not mean the whole vehicle's paint job was in bad shapeI am not leading misleading people, if I was, I would try my best to hide the damage in the photosSo the argument is invalidPeople like [redacted] have to keep in mind that I am a used car dealership, and every car will have a blemish, they are not in perfect conditionIf somebody would like a vehicle with a perfect condition exterior, they must look at a Mercedes dealershipA person cannot be judged for something he could have said [redacted] himself doesn't mention a description and the condition of his vehicles, for example take a look at this Volkswagen Bughttp://sacramento.craigslist.org/ctd/5797186895.html It has a blemishes on the front bumper, and a missing tow hook coverThe passenger side rocker panel has a big dent, and the radio bezel has multiple scratches that were not mentionedThis is just one example of how he contradicts himselfMy customers are very satisfied with the vehicles I have sold them, and I have not had any problems with people that came down to view my vehiclesIf the customers have any questions about my vehicles, I try my best to answer them over the phone before they schedule an appointment, that way we don't have to waste anybodies timeSincerely, [redacted] High Class Auto Sales

The complaint was concerning a 2002 Mercedes-Benz ML320 ad I had posted online that stated the car had a clean interior and exterior, and it did. The description did not include a broken bumper because the damage was clearly in the photos. And he had mentioned this in the complaint too. When I stated the exterior was clean it was concering the rest of the vehicle's overall paint condition.
