Hill Country Roofing and Omar's team, are very professional, we had a hail storm at the end of April. I spoke with Omar for 45 minutes about various roofs and materials, he stayed and answered all my questions, not brushing me off like some of the other 20 contractors that came calling. Omar stayed and answered all my questions, while I didn't make my decision on Saturday, I knew I was going to retain Hill Country Roofing to do the work due to Omar's attention and knowledge to the customer. Omar's team spent a week here, I have a fairly large roof, but felt so comfortable with Hill Country, I had my house painted within that same week. What a difference a new roof and paint job do to a house. I also received a lot of complements from my neighbors. I would recommend Hill County Roofing and team to anyone. Matter of fact I have a friend that lives around the corner, he came over saw my paint job and hired Hill Country to paint his trim a new color.

Outstanding! Hill Country did comprehensive repair on my barn roof damaged by a storm. They went above and beyond what I expected. They added extensive lateral bracing, battens, and replaced some damaged vertical siding none of which was in the estimate. They charged exactly what they estimated. The project manager, Cesar, was great to work with.

Omar and his team are incredible! He was extremely communicative throughout the process and helped us replace our entire roof (including a cedar-shingled garage) and replaced our ridge beam in one day. His team did an excellent job and cleaned up the site that same afternoon, leaving our property cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Omar and his team to anyone looking for roof help.

Excellent customer service! Omar did a great job working with my insurance company for initial approval. His team worked through some miserably hot days to get the job done to my satisfaction. Omar also successfully managed directly with the insurance company when the agent made cost estimate errors.

The extraordinary customer service came when he painted, at no charge, an internal hallway that had previously had water damage from an old stone chimney leak which they also repaired. Highly recommend Hill Country Roofing!

On April 9th a storm caused a Tree to fall on my house destroying all three bedrooms and baths. I was in the house at the time and one of the tree limbs came through the roof about three feet from where I was with my little dog in what I call my safe room. Needless to say God was watching over me that day.
The next day as I sat stunned Omar came over and was talking to me. We had a company there cutting the tree down from the roof and tarping it so as to protect what we could.
I believe Omar saw I was upset and not really comprehending what all I was facing. I told him my Son in Law was gong to be taking the lead on finding a contractor and talking to them. There were about three other contractors that came and talked to us but when I told them My son in law was handling everything all but Omar quit talking to me.
Omar kept me in the loop and explained what the procedure would be and also got on the roof and to help the tree service with tarping the house.
Needless to say We hired him as our Contractor and he has been a blessing, guiding me from what needed to be done to helping me pick out colors and so many little things that add up to me in a big way. If he could make what I wanted done to happen he would he told me and is doing so.
Cant wait to see the end result! His brother Cesar is the foreman up here guiding the crew on a daily basis but Omar is checking in all the time. He is always very pleasant to talk to and deal with. Thank you Omar and Cesar!

Cesar with Hill Country Roofing is by far the most knowledgeable sales rep that had knocked on my door. Roofing companies are a dime a dozen and after speaking with Cesar about the hail damage on my roof for 10 min I knew I was no longer interested in having any other roofing company give me a quote. While the work was being done I could not be more impressed. Their crew was very clean and worked quickly! I would recommend them a million times!
