Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is all lies We were not minutes late nor were we the cause of the tour departing late We were minutes late to the checkin and minutes early to the departure and we waited minutes for other guests to arrive, as this tour was overbooked and late By no means was the tour waiting on us We were waiting on other customers The tour was due to start at 10: We arrived at approximately 9:a.mand were ready to go at 10:a.m If this business has so much video documentation of our arrival times, please have them provide it and it will show that we arrived at approximately 9: The people that run this business have been nothing short of crooks when it comes to promising a service, charging a credit card and then not delivering the promised service The accusation that we were using fowl language is completely false These people claim to have audio recordings I would request that they provide them to an independent third party, such as the Revdex.com for review There was, however, some level of irritation, both at the check in and at the return visit when we attempted to resolve this matter This irritation stems from the lack of attention that we were getting regarding this matter from the staff In addition, the irritation at checkin was due to the company's policies regarding weight limits not being explained to us when we reserved the appointment They take a credit card to reserve the appointment and tell you that you will be charged if you don't fill the slot, yet when we get there, they inform us that we must rent an additional machine to complete our tour This is a classic case of upselling, yet we felt like we were trapped because they had our confirmation card number I can attest that there was no foul language used For them to claim that there was foul language and slander is utterly ridiculous Regards, [redacted]

These customers are the reason the tour departed lateThey were over 1/hour late for the check inUnfortunately do to threats made to staff member from this party, inappropriate language, demands and slanderous comments made in the office and on the phone (our calls are monitored) , we have
recorded proof both from the phone calls and security cameras this has become a legal matter and does not enable us to respond furtherThank you
