High Definition Hair

My wife ordered two wigs from them. They are both incredible. Can't even tell it's a wig. Took awhile to get the wig back after ordering but I after seeing it I understand. To look this real takes time. And takes her all of 1 minute to put it on or take it off and be on the go. So worth the price and time.

Had my consultation 4 months ago with High Definition Hair and got my piece finally last week. I was initially upset about the wait but I understand they are busy. Perfection gets a long list of people demanding their wigs first. But that is exactly what I got. Perfection. I cant believe how real it looks. Nobody can tell its a wig. I part my hair where ever I want. Takes minutes to put on and take off. I gave 5 stars for the total experience which would have been a 3 if judging by the wait, but the final product is 10-15 stars at least. Nobody can beat these guys. Happy its finally here.

Close to $6000 charged was charged to my health insurance company and after two years of back and forth with the vendor, I am still not happy with the final product. While the owner has tried to accommodate me and worked with me, she refused to give me what I wanted. Her reason was their technique and how they are trained to make this wigs. This was a custom unit and given my unique head shape, she should have listened to me more and given me what I asked for instead of insisting on what she believed was best for me. The expensive wig is now packed away and sitting comfortably in my drawer like a demi God; can't get rid of it, and can't wear it. If you have a unique shaped head and want true customization, beware that you may not get what you ask for. Not worth the price my insurance company paid.

There is something wrong here. I paid a sizeable deposit for a custom wig for mr daughter and now the number is not in service and the 800 number I found on google is a fake answering service. I have an appointment with an attorney for tomorrow. If they are still in business they would have a phone and return calls.

Review: I thought I ordered a high definition wig. Even when this company came to my home they fitted my head for this high definition hair piece and showed me samples. I ordered a high definition wig and also paid the price of a high definition wig, but when my order arrive to my home it was an ordinary lace front wig. something that I could have went to any hair store to purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because the product that I received is not the product that I ordered or got fitted for.

Good Morning High Definition Hair contact me through e mail. Offering me $900.00 and something dollars. I pay $1,800.00 for high definition wig. But the company send me something I didn't order. I call to speak with the [redacted]. But no one have return my call as yet. I understand if the company hold back $200.00 but $900.00 And I never order that kind of hair. I can prove everything That am telling you. The company send to me a lace front wig. For where I live you can go to any store and buy a lace front wig. I pay $1,800.00 dollars for a high definition. The lady came a fit my head for the high definition and send me something that I believe someone else order and didn't like. This lace front wig you have to keep it wet and hold it down with bobby pins. I would never buy anything like this for $1,800.00 Tell me the next step I can take please. GOD bless you
