home which was constructed by HDH. HDH continues to respond in a timely fashion to these complaints, just as HDH timely responded to and remedied every one of the Homeowner's concerns and complaints regarding his homeThe Homeowner engaged a military attorney, *** *** *** *** at *** *** *** ***, to write a letter to HDH regarding this situationHDH responded with a lengthy letter outlining each situation that Homeowner complained about, and how HDH worked to fix each concernHDH's response letter is attached for your referenceThis response letter was sent to Captain *** *** *** on April23, 2015, and we have not received a response to this dateA month later, Homeowner filed a complaint with the Attorney General regarding this situationOn May 11, 2015, HDH responded to the complaint with another detailed letter describing the things HDH has done to address every one of Homeowner's concernsThe response to the Attorney General is also attached to this letterOn May 14, 2015, HDH received an email from the Attorney General's Office after receiving HDH's response that noted that the complaint resolution process was concludedHDH has addressed every one of Homeowner's concerns and he continues to make frivolous complaints like this that have little basis in factHomeowner's home purchase came with an Alternative Dispute Resolution Process that he has not invokedIn the 2-Home Warranty, there is an arbitration provision that Homeowner may invoke to commence the arbitration process pursuant to the procedures in the home warrantyBecause HDH has remedied all of Homeowner's complaints and he remains unhappy, HDH has informed him of his right to invoke these arbitration clausesHowever, Homeowner has refused to avail himself of this procedure and has not invoked this processRegarding Homeowner's complaints about his home, HDH has provided warranty service for each complaint well above the standards in the industryThe other contractors and persons who have been involved with the various remedies have all agreed that the problems have been fixedIn fact, to date there has been nobody other than Homeowner who has looked at this situation and concluded that HDH has failed to resolve Homeowner's concernsDetails of each complaint and their resolution are outlined in the attached letters (with Homeowner's name and identifying information redacted per the Revdex.com's request)They speak for themselves and it is telling that he never responds to the position of HDH that is stated in this letterAs always, if you have any questions, please let me knowYours very truly,
