I recently had solar panels installed from High Definition SolarThe sales people were very informative and the installation went smoothlyI never had trouble getting into contact with either High Definition staff or the subcontractors who did the installation itselfWe did have some problems with SF city inspectors who asked for an upgrade to an electrical system that was unrelated to the solar installation, but the subcontractors made the change demanded of the inspectors without an additional charge to meAll in all, a positive experience for meI would recommend High Definition Solar to anyone looking to add solar panels to their home
My husband and I were extremely happy with our choice of Solar Company High Definition Solar was wonderful to work with from the very first sales appointment to the follow up visit from the Customer Relations Manager Our sales person was able to answer all our questions and thoroughly explain their solar product to us The next step was the site check of our roof to find the most beneficial spot for the panels and to make sure our electrical panel was adequate Next came the installationOne of the installers went the extra mile to replace a smoke detector the city inspector said was over years oldI was so impressed with him taking this extra step for us I like how they kept us informed each step of the way I love being able to see what our panels are producing by logging into our account on line Bottom line is you get what you pay for and this company uses a superior product and provides superior service We made the right choice
