On May 27, the technician and two employees came to my home after I called them to complete a free evaluation I was told ac was not working due to a leak and loss of coolant They conducted the service, said they found several leaks and repaired them, and cleaned filters We were given a receipt and told verbally that it was guaranteed for one year On June 7, only ten days after service and only a few days of using ac, the system was not working, blowing hot air We called them back Thule they were here, working outside by the main unit, there was an explosion, lots of hissing My friend was outside with them We were leaving the next day for a trip so told them to call us in five days They did not call, stating we said we would call them They finally returned on June after several calls and requests He told us that there was nothing to do, he would not return our money as he already paid for coolant and his workers We stated that was unacceptable as we paid
