After reviewing the details submitted to by the Revdex.com I was able to locate the transaction in question by Mr***All of the staff are instructed to
follow what the computers tell themThe staff indicated to the customer that the computer showed the 1st and 2nd wash were used on the same day month earlierSince anyone can redeem the wash does not have to be Mr *** (could be family member) the computer indicated the washes had been used and my staff are instructed not to issue "free" washes unless the bar code has expired or bar code faded but only if it shows an active washIn this circumstance no active wash was left on the bar code
After further review for some reason the 1st wash did not issue so Mr *** then scanned the receipt to open the gate...hence the use of both of the washes on the same dayStill looking further into why it happened, it showed Mr *** paid wih AMEX this transaction did not proceed through our merchant compnay so no money was retrived from Mr ***'s account so there is no money to refund or offset since he did not pay for the washes
I did speak with Mr *** last week regarding this situation and all is resolved after explaining to him what is now before you
