I talked to the customer a couple of times and she refused to give her credit card number for a refund and filed a complaint with the bank to get her refund that way Our office ice was open the entire day on Friday when the customer was supposed to pick up their orderMy employee was extremely busy with other customers calling and answering the phone and did make the mistake of not calling the customer backThere is no further action I can take for the customer as she does not want me to run a refund for her and has chosen to have a dispute with the bank

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I went to the office twice on Friday, one time at approximately and the other at around 1530, and both times the door was lockedNo one answered the phone after my initial phone call, from around to I called timesI was told on Tuesday he needed just the last four of my card and my nameTwo days later someone else called and stated they needed all of the numbers on my card and the expiration dateI called my bank who stated to no longer provide my information, they will dispute the charge All of this could have been avoided had this company managed to act professionalNo return phone callNo longer answering my callsBeing dishonest about being open on FridayAn APOLOGY would have been nice and made a difference when I called on Tuesday, or at least being prompt with my refundIf he knew he needed all my card information why would he follow up two days later Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

At this point I've talked to the customer and she has chosen the bank to dispute the charge so her refund she told me would come from there. When we we asked for the last of the card number it was to verify that they employee had actually made the order and charged the cardAfter verifying with the processor that the card was run I asked the customer for the complete card number so that I could process the refundShe refused at that point and to me the issue is closed I'm not sure at this point what else I can personally do for this customer

I am rejecting this response because:1. I went to the office twice on Friday, one time at approximately 1330 and the other at around 1530, and both times the door was locked.2. No one answered the phone after my initial phone call, from around 1100 to 1700. I called 6 times.3. I was told on Tuesday he needed just the last four of my card and my name. Two days later someone else called and stated they needed all of the numbers on my card and the expiration date. I called my bank who stated to no longer provide my information, they will dispute the charge.  All of this could have been avoided had this company managed to act professional. No return phone call. No longer answering my calls. Being dishonest about being open on Friday. An APOLOGY would have been nice and made a difference when I called on Tuesday, or at least being prompt with my refund. If he knew he needed all my card information why would he follow up two days later.
