High Desert Oral & Facial Surgery

I was charged $100 today for an office visit after I was told over the phone and in person that I would only have to pay $50. I was wrongly charged double the price and was not given a reimbursement. The ladies at the front desk were not customer centric and did not have a sense of urgency or understanding. I feel so frustrated and I even spoke with them and told them I only needed to pay $50 and yet they refused to give me my $50 back.
