I received your letter dated March ~on Friday, March 27, and am writing today in an effort to address the concerns raised in the customer complaint included with your letterAs with the Revdex.com, good client relationship are a high priority for my accounting firm, as is the preservation of goodwill my business h!ls been fortunate to earn over the years As a Certified Public Accountant, my duty to keep client confidences has few exceptionsIn an abundance of caution and in the interest of preserving my former client's privacy, I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion when the letter I received cautions that my response may be posted on the Revdex.com's public website While I do not believe that the client has presented an accurate and complete picture of the events or that the conclusions drawn are fair, I must uphold the responsibilities of my Code of Professional Conduct, for the sake of this client and the others my firm and I serveRecognizing that misunderstandings and disagreements can, from time to time, occur in the course of business, my firm does have standard policies and practices in place that allow such circumstances to be resolved in a private mannerI would invite the customer to contact me directly within thirty days if he wishes me to review his file and address any concerns and requests he may have, according to the guidelines established by my firm, as well as other professional accounting organizations Sincerely, Tap Consulting LLC [redacted] Managing Member

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I reject her offer as there is NO offerShe did not has not or will not address these concernsAll she has done is say she is right and I'm wrongThere are no confidentiality issues no numbers were discussed The other party involved is my X wife the very person she has been protecting at my expense ! I have spoken to her and all she has offered is an itemized bill sometime in the futureI do not believe she will rebate us any funds so I have no leverage except to file a complaint with you and the stateAt least that way I can worn others to steer clear of her Thanks [redacted]

I reject her offer as there is NO offer. She did not has not or will not address these concerns.
All she has done is say she is right and I'm wrong.
There are no confidentiality issues no numbers were discussed.  The other party involved is my X wife the very person
she has been protecting at my expense ! 
I have spoken to her and all she has offered is an itemized bill sometime in the future.
I do not believe she will rebate us any funds so I have no leverage except to file a complaint with you and the state.
At least that way I can worn others to steer clear of her.
