Service was amazing, very honest and very courteous. This company has proven to me there are still good honest businesses out there when it comes to service work. They were very helpful in showing me the issues, walking me step by step on what happened and was very fast at getting our AC fixed. I can not thank them enough for what they did for us and I will continue to give them my business. A great well ran company I highly recommend!!!
I want to Thank [redacted] and His wife for being the most patient people ever. I'm a renter and our air conditioner went out in the home we rent. I called our landlord to inform her and she asked that I look to see if we can find someone. My family owns a business and we are apart of Home Advisor so I put in a request and the only company that worked on a Saturday and even on Sunday was High Efficiency Air Conditioning owned and operated by [redacted] and his wife. [redacted] came out and told us we would have to wait until Sunday for him to add Freon because the unit was frozen he said he back between 7:30-8 am and he showed up at 7:45 in the morning on a Sunday (impressed beyond words) He added the Freon and advised our landlord she needed a new unit. My landlord has been through a lot in her life and she didn't think she had the means to afford a new unit. [redacted] and his wife tried everything they could to get her approved and they found a way. I'm sitting here in my warm home and not really caring how warm it is because [redacted]' crew has been here since 6:30 am today getting ready to put a new unit on the roof. I highly recommend this company for any issues you may have with your air or heating problems. They are a company who actually care and take pride in what they do. I have never written a review about a company before because a lot of companies don't have the heart this company has. Thank you for being such a caring company and getting the job done with such urgency. I will be spreading the word =-) I give this company an A+++
