You don't know whether the company is good or bad until you have problem with your furnace/AC systemAfter new installation by this company, I had an issue with the furnaceIt wasn't operating properlyWe called them but first thing they were saying I need to pay for the service to check and saying that there is nothing wrong with their furnace nor installationFirst time when they came they could not find any problem as the furnace was working fine when technician was presentAfter he left, same problem happenedThey were saying it could be HVAC control system(ecobee 3) issue or me not knowing how to use [redacted] After contacting them and sending error message from [redacted] and screen shots, they've sent a technicianHe came again and said that there is nothing wrong with the furnace until I showed a video of the light indicator blinking on the furnaceThen he started to trouble shoot and fixed the problemIt's been three weeks since installation without a heatThere is no urgency for themNo explanation of what was wrong nor no apologies for the inconveniences [redacted] Most of all, now is and they installed our furnace that was manufactured in @ [redacted] : Is it business practice? BTW, [redacted] is great!
