Highly recommend to everyone! We have used several companies over the years who have all been fine. I liked what I saw on their Facebook page and the fact that this was a newer family business. They came out on a day that was 110° to service the AC. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and explained everything that I asked. When they say they will be the best price I believe it based on previous experiences with AC repairs. He topped off freon but warned that I may have a leak or blockage and to watch it. The next morning we were having an issue and he was back within a couple hours of calling. He stayed 2 hours diagnosing and repairing a blockage in the system in an attic clocked in at about 140°. He did not charge anything at all for the time and supplies used, and this was a weekend where I am sure they were very busy. Truly grateful. They definately went above and beyond!
The tech who came to my house was incredibly friendly and honest. I genuinely felt like he only wanted to help me. No forced or pressured sales. I will be using them again.
High Efficiency Heating and Cooling did a great job in analyzing my head pump's problem (which was called by other companies) and fixing the problem. Jonathon P[redacted], owner, acted very professional manner, fixed the problems, explained their maintenance program and sold me on their program.

High Efficiency Heating and Cooling (ROC 304089) provided a check-up, exterior and interior coil cleaning on two roof units June 15, 2016. They were timely, professional and competitively priced. I will use their services again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.
