The technician diagnosed the service needed and knew he had to clean the compressor of the refrigerator. We tried to tell him he couldn't blow allergens/dust all over the place. He was rude and claimed he was just going to leave then without doing the service, we needed to have it done so he went ahead but he claimed that what was about to happen wouldn't happen. So he started to blow dust clouds throughout the entire kitchen. he might as well have powered up a leaf blower in our kitchen. The technician was rude, left without announcing and now we have a layer of dust over everything on the first floor of our house, with [redacted] children, and dust in cooking appliances. the service could have been done methodically and could have accepted our desires to cover the area but just went ahead and created a mess. As a customer, I was covered in dust treated with disrespect and have to be concerned for weeks about my children's severe [redacted]. We called the company to complained, they were not receptive to the issue and then ignored our calls after the technician left. As a small business owner, this is not how you treat a customer.
