April 09, 2015 Revdex.com 844 S. 4th Street Louisville, KY 40203-2186 Re: Case ID # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: High Field & Open MRI is aware of the situation concerning case ID # [redacted]. We have discussed this event internally and have aggressively dealt with our billing company to correct the complaint. Our operations manager, [redacted], contacted the patient on April 08, 2015 to resolve this issue. The patient’s initial claim was for $33.13. After reviewing the matter with the patient, we reimbursed the entire initial charge of $116.00. The patient was very happy with the timeliness of our response as well as the outcome. We appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve this issue as “We are Dedicated to Affordable Patient-Friendly Imaging.” Respectfully, [redacted] Director of Marketing High Field & Open MRI
