Review: To whom it may concern;The following is a brief description of my dispute, with HighFiveTeamSales.com. Inlate September, [redacted] came by our store on a Friday selling shirts to the employees ofthe local grocery store I work for (I have included one of their order forms). I ordered twoshirts, men's polo, which my name and title were to be embroidered on. I paid about $**dollars to [redacted] upfront. I was told I would be given an invoice upon receiving the shirts. Ireceived the shirts the following Friday, however, no invoice was left. I took the shirts homeand washed them, and wore them, alternating, for the first week of October. During thistime, I didn't know why I was feeling sick and itchy. I normally work 48 hours a week, and Iended up going home, feeling ill, 4 of the 6 days that I was scheduled. Around 10/3, Ideveloped a rash in the crooks of both arms, and my neck. I ended up going to [redacted]

[redacted] when the severity of the rash increased and became very swollen and red.Prior to my going to [redacted], I spoke to a [redacted] triage nurse on the phone and was told Ishould rub one of the shirts I had been wearing on the crook of my arm as a test area, after alengthy discussion with the nurse about all the new things that had been introduced into mydaily routine, that I might be having an allergic reaction to. By the time I had gotten to [redacted], a very severe allergic reaction was occurring on my right arm where I rubbed the shirt.{I have included five pages of medical documents referencing my visit to [redacted])As referenced in these documents, the doctor agreed I was having an allergic reaction,prescribed me [redacted] and topical [redacted] lotion, and told me not to wear, and tostay away from the shirts I was reacting to. I stopped wearing the shirts, went back to work,and have not missed a day since.I called [redacted] and told him that I had an allergic reaction to something in the shirts Ibought and would like to have my money back. I also asked where the invoice for my shirtswere, [redacted] told me he did not know where the receipt was and to this day have not receivedan invoice for the shirts despite repeated ·requests. This is where I think things went terriblywrong, rather than [redacted] coming and getting the two shirts that he sold me, and refunding mymoney, he told me that he would call me right back. I received a phone call from agentleman named [redacted], identifying himself as the owner of High Five. [redacted] preceded to tellme that he didn't believe that I had any reaction, nor had to go to [redacted], as a result of areaction to his shirts. [redacted] told me he would not refund anything until I got him documentsfrom the doctor, how did he put it? usomething to hang my hat on." I was very upset that hewould insinuate that 1 was being anything less than honest. However, 1 chose to capitulate tohis desire, believing him to be a reputable businessman. On 10/16, I went to [redacted] on my only day off, waited in line, to get documents as proof for [redacted]. I called [redacted] rightaway, informed him I had copies of the documents and he could come by anytime and pickthem up and nobody has ever shown up. Attempting one last time to resolve this issue, Icalled High Five and spoke to [redacted], explained what had transpired. I told [redacted] that I hadcontacted the Revdex.com in hopes that they might mediate a resolution between[redacted] and myself, asked why they never picked up the medical documents and dealt with thismatter. On October 25, [redacted] called and left me quite a nasty message on my phone, where hewas hostile and told me that if I wanted to get the Revdex.com involved, that I should go for it.I humbly request that the Revdex.com mediate this situation between myself and High Five. Ido not feel that this company has been ethically responsible in their dealings with me on thismatter. Financially, I have spent $** dollars on shirts, about $[redacted] in [redacted] visit, $[redacted], and close to a half a week, $[redacted], lost wages, not including my personal time, onmy only day off, dealing with it.
