I have always been in contact with this customer and have 14 documented sent emails. I never give a time of completion quote as this type of work is done in my spare time. In one sentence It is said I have not replied to emails yet in another It...

does.
I needed to take time off due to the passing ** my parents and received nothing but disrespectful emails.
To say no service has been completed is a lie. I have put dozens of extra hours of work into this and FREE powder coat stripping and new powder coating.
Not one customer has disrespected me as this person has. I will complete this as quickly as possible.

I also have all emails and have not disrespected you once in any. I have emailed stating work is being done and emails stating that work is completed and is being ready to ship on a Monday. My comment about no response is the months a go with sending emails with no replies and in one email it stats "sorry I can not respond to email" I have been every patient as well very considerate as I sent you My engine and paid in full for the job. Now as far as work being done and or completed and work you claim you put in , how do I know this for sure, I only have your words that tell me you have. All I know is I have no engine , no money and its been a year later for a 2 stroke motor. I have ran out of patients as its been way too long. Honestly Im now very upset at that response you wrote to say I have been disrespectful. A person who has been waiting for over a year , a person who has sent you my engine and paid in full. I showed nothing but trust and respect.
And regarding parents dead . In one email u stated u was away some where for a friends passing and counldnt respond to emails as u didnt have service .. then in another email you stated that it was your brother that passed away here is a copy of some emails

I apologize.

I have had a very bad time this summer. I have been very sick and then my Brother took his own life July 13th.
You are not the only person waiting for their engine but you are the least respectful for my situation. Everyone that knows me knows I do the best work possible and I have NEVER stolen anyone's property.
It's a scooter engine... not a living thing or a family member. I am discontinuing many aspects of my business so I can finish engines. Many have asked me to take my time and deliver next spring. If I had that option with you, I would make sure you get more than you ever expected or paid for.
I already have a ton of time and money into your build that I have not asked money for. Powder coating, New bearings and seals from having to split the case to do the work.

I just want to get along with you. I consider all my customers friends.
