RE: [redacted] [redacted] *** Please be advised that I am the “TIM” as outlined in the complaintMs [redacted] is mistaken on her statementWe follow the written TAA lease agreementParagraph of her TAA lease agreement clearly states that the “reletting fee” is $ if the tenant leaves the property prior to the end of the lease term What I told her was that if she found a suitable replacement we would ONLY charge her the $roommate change fee as outlined in the lease addendum that she signed and is a part of the written lease agreement In fact, she contacted our office approximately a week ago and told us that the person that she allowed to move into the apartment (WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN PERMISSSION as outlined in the lease agreement ) would be paying the $fee Dealing with this issue and the time it takes to deal with her (and this letter) is why the lease agreement allows this chargeTo date the lease is still in her name and she is responsible for the lease agreement Sincerely,

There is no new lease agreement! Ms*** is still on the written lease agreementThere are written procedures in-place for this type of procedure and she chose not to follow themShe has lied about the lease transfer fees due.This disagreement will not be resolved in this arena therefore we plan on moving it to small claims court where it belongsThis will be my last correspondence through this website regarding this issue so please do not correspond with us furtherAnd Ms*** verbal jabs just further justify my argumentThank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: past due late fees? There is a new tenant living there with their own NEW lease but im going to pay late fees because.....????? Im still confused.  Rent was paid from tenant living there that the COMPANY APPROVED and spoke with there but im going to pay  some "overdue" late fees because they didnt pay rent on time? Am I getting that correct? And my initial contract was ending May 31st with this company so as you all can see what type of company this is is to why I have to result to this.Regards,
