I ordered a stamp from this company on July 26, I was notified via email and on their web page that this would take 7-daysOnce a month went by I contacted them via email (because their phone number on the website goes straigjpht to voicemail) and after several emails I finally received a responseWilliam said that my product was done but they were having shipping issues and it would deliver no later than that Friday Once that deadline passed I emailed him again and he responded once again with saying they were experiencing severe shipping issues and we're not sure when it would be shipped
Now here I am almost two months from ordering this productI emailed again today and William responded with all of his company issues and how not my product had been shipped (along with others) and was now missingHe was now in the process of remaking this product along with others that were lostI reminded him that I have already paid for this product and that I wanted a full

I ordered on of MrP***'s (High Heat Stamps) on March 21, I received a confirmation email stating that the status of the order was "confirmed" and that the payment status was "paid" On the website and on the invoice the delivery time indicated was days I knew however as I was ordering from Canada this wait might be extended due to delays at the US/Canadian Boarder I waited patiently, only to receive another email on April 4th saying that the order was being "processed" - two full weeks after the order was placed and paid for April 19th, nearly a month after placing the order, the product was finally shipped, however the tracking number was invalid so I wasn't able to track the item
April 27th I sent MrP*** an email inquiring as to the whereabouts of the product as I still hadn't received it and was unable to view it's progress as the tracking number was invalid The response given was that though the order had shipped, sometimes as the package crosses the

I placed an order on their site on 12/24/and it stated 2-days for it to be shipped on 12/24/withdrew payment from credit card
1/I emailed - no response
1/emailed - no response
1/called and left voicemail - was called back and told that the item would be made and shipped by end of the week
2/called and was told order should have already arrived - that it must have been lost by Post Office (however the status on site never changed saying shipped nor a tracking number
2/Called left voicemails no response
2/received email stating it had shipped and provided a USPS tracking number
2/tracked and USPS did not show it had ever been shipped only that tracking number had been created Left voicemails
2/called and left voicemails and received call back stating product would be shipped that day and would receive an email with tracking number
2/did not receive email
2/no email I emailed them and received a response that he was about to go

Ordered a heat stamp on Nov 14th and as stated on website it has a day lead time After three weeks I called to find the status and was told the item had shipped and they would email me a shipping tracking number The number never arrived so I called back again the next week and was told the same thing I called back later in the week and asked for the status and was told it was shipped and they would email the tracking number I asked for the number and I input into the USPS website while I was still on the phone The number came up as invalid I was told that was because USPS was very busy and they didn't have time to put the tracking info into the system I told them to cancel the order and I was going to reverse the charges on my credit card By the way the charge your card when you order, not when they ship The person I talked to then proceeded to send me texts threatening me they would sue me for fraud He sent out texts threatening me with legal action I still have not received my product!

We made an order in November of We were immediately charged (11/24/2015) and have to date never received the itemWe paid $for a custom heat stampWe received a shipping tracking number that never workedWe have called the company for months and emailed with no replyWe have received responses via ***Although we have been told the item will be shipped, it's not in stock, it's in stock, but they need other artwork, we have never received the itemNow I see the item is for sale on amazon for less than half of what we paidWe would like a full refund
