she ordered were the same as the wheels she previously ordered for her other carriage. We did have a buyer prepared to purchase it from her but she was so nasty with the lady that the buyer chose not to buy it from her. Business is providing copy of spec. sheet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Had the business originally made the effort to resolve this complaint by offering to order another carriage for me with the correct specifications, I would have been happy to comply.  However, after unsuccessfully trying to resolve this issue with the business for several months as well attempting to resolve the issue through the Revdex.com, I no longer place confidence in the credibility, or ability of the business to provide the custom carriage to me.
