Ms. [redacted] unit needed to be replace, the new unit was ordered on Monday delivered on Tuesday and installed we have no control over the company we order from or how and when they deliver. The issue with the stove was a accident, Ms [redacted] did not have her air condition turned on the day the service man came to repair her range, and the temperature in the apartment was reading 88 when we entered, the service man made the repair and was about to be sick from the heat in the apartment, in a hurry to get out of the apartment the oven was left on. When Ms. [redacted] called we apologized for this happening we called the service center and they apologized also. In no way are we negligent or in the wrong, again I recommend that Ms. [redacted] read her lease so that she is aware of how we run our property.
