High Level Auto Sales

Review: I have owned my car for six weeks only driving it locally.Over the weekend I decided to take a road trip .Car started to run hot Saturday evening.Sunday it was cool again.I called for oil change and to check fluids.I drove an additional 15-20 miles til my appointment on Tuesday.By the time I arrived to Service place my car died.I called car dealer and he was very unsympathetic and said as a woman I may not understand that you can't drive a car hot.So if I broke it why should I expect him to fix it.I explained that I had spoken to a repair man and he stated if it was running that hot the car would loose power and shake a little, which none of that happened.I paid cash for this vehicle and now I have nothing.When I asked about the carfax his response was he doesn't get them free and doesn't have one.I went one lineand found out there are 41 reports on this car.I know I should have looked before I bought it.I was very upset and hurt at the lack of compassion I received.Desired Settlement: I asked the dealer to replace or refund my money .which he responded again it was my fault.He said it would cost around $3500.to replace the motor.I asked if he would be willing to split that cost. I received another no.
