I expect that f they are discontinuing my ability to go there they will no longer take money as a debit from my card. Many of the comments made in this response were grossly in correct I do not threaten to ruin reputations, I did not raise my voice I did insist on getting what I paid for in the parameters that the business lays out that is the issues they do not want to uphold their own rules. The attendant asked me if I knew my drivers license number I told her I did not, not one was I asked for it. I am not surprised at the inaccurate response considering the way they run their business. I am now faced with paying for a service that they are unwilling to provide. I believe that should result in a refund, and I think that is a standard business practice. In April customer had a tanning eft membershipShe cancelled her membership with a day written cancellation and no issues with this customerEmployee's had stated on her account that customer was quite rude. On may 3, customer came in again to sign up for another eft
membershipFront desk went over the new contract letting customer know that customer was obligated to have the membership days from date of purchase and that we require day written cancellation notice that must be filled out at any of our locations. On July 12th customer came in just before closing and wanted to tan in the pacifica bedAssociate let her know that someone was in that bed and asked customer since we were closing if she would like to use one of the base beds or the stand up. Customer responded rudely that she was going to wait for the pacifica. While customer was waiting for the bed to be available front desk associate asked if she could get updated info for customer's accountAssociate was asking to get customers drivers licenseState requires us to have picture I D on customer's account. customer refused. Associate got her bed cleaned and customer went in to tan. When customer came out of the room, customer started raising her voice telling the associate that we had terrible customer serviceShe informed associate to cancel her membership and if anyone tried contacting her that she would sue the tanning salon. Customer continued to raise her voice stating that she was going to ruin our reputation on social media and was planning to put in a complaint to the On July 13th manager's decided in the best interest of the employee's and the business to cancel customer's membership because we felt it was not right for front desk staff to take anymore verbal abuse. We understand that some customer's might not get along with every employeeWe have very friendly and trained employee's and customer was rude to all employee's that work at our Thurston location. We have decided that customer is no longer welcomed at our business and as stated on tanning contract and on sales receipt, we do not issue refunds on tanning
