service call for coming out and we credit that back towards the repair but when he explained that he just fell and broke his back I didn't charge him a service call and I didn't even charge a down payment or anything  The pool was very green and he is trying to bring it back. I went ahead and sent one of my technicians out of good will out to his house to help him out next day soon as we got there we tested filter by adding DE powder into the skimmer and watched jets inside the pool, and all of the DE was passing through back to the pool and as a professional that tells me that there is a malfunction on the filter but he refused to listen and he doesn't want to believe anybody And he doesn't want to listen to any advice , and he knows all about it but at the same time he wants me to start treating his pool with no payment whatsoever and waste my time, strips and chemicals when I know as a professional that there is no way that pool will come back until I have a functioning filter.  So at that point I already waisted my first trip and my technician trip and labor and I can’t argue with a customer who thinks he knows it all and that’t why his pool got to that very bad stage that it was in, so we were texting back and forth and his mind was stuck on his filter being a year old which it doesn't matter how old the filter was because simply you can damage the filth in one week if you don't maintain it properly and don’t at the DE  when you're supposed to after the backwash  Lets make a long story short we diagnosed malfunction on his filter beside his pool being a green swamp and he doesn't want to believe it so I told him to just deal with it because I'm not going to start chemical treatment and waste my time and money then I know it’s not going to work and I'm not getting paid anyway. We never charge him a penny for any our trips but instead of him being appreciative he was very conniving  and he's making a complaint against me for being knowledgeable, experienced and honest. But because he is that way - always out to get others he thinks that everyone is out to get him I guess. He brings up false allegations and I don’t appreciate that.
