As stated in the response made to the AG 7/27/16:

We are willing (and looking forward to) resolving this project but are no longer willing to communicate via text message as it has not been productive to get this project completed. The President and CEO of the company are willing to meet you in person and resolve this by the end of...

the week. That is the only correspondence we feel will bring this project to competition. Please let us know what time and day works best for you and your husband.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Every time we spoke to them they extended the installation date further out.  They sent a man from Yakima who said he could start the next day but there was no product to install.  The last we were told installation would be started  between 7-15 and 7-25, if the Yakima installer could start on 6-30-2016 why is the date so far out. On June 23rd we were told by Jon  installation should be started about middle of July, I don't see where we were moved up the ladder it looks the same or later to us now.  [redacted] spoke to Jazmin on Friday 7-1-2016 asking her to have her boss call and we have yet to receive a call from him.  Sincerely,[redacted]

The work has been completed by High Performance Homes.  All repairs have been completed; we built them a new deck, provided a complementary window washing and landscape service. We also sent a gift card.

Revdex.com:
HPH was out here today and reinstalled a new front window, turned the French door around so that it opens to the inside, and brought me the warranty paper work. As far as I'm concerned this ends my issues. Thank you for your help. [redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],The president of High Performance Homes, Cameron R[redacted], has been trying to get ahold of you via telephone since December 2016. HPH would like to resolve this as soon as possible. HPH would like to schedule a meeting to discuss a fair resolution for all parties. Please contact Cameron directly at [redacted]. He is awaiting your call.

We were able to meet and come to a resolution that the [redacted]'s are satisfied with. We are awaiting their response for a final meeting time to complete the necessary paperwork.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I just called business owner Cameron R[redacted]'s personal phone number he has given to us. This is the exact voicemail message which we have recorded. In his own voice: "You have reached Cameron R[redacted]'s voicemail. Unfortunately I get too many calls every single day and voicemail is not sufficient for time sensitive information, therefore I keep it full. Text message works best. Thank you for calling." Then an auto voicemail response "The mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time, goodbye".
Yet he states in the Revdex.com response he doesn't want to communicate via text message. We have sent so many text messages and emails!  Including photos & video of serious problems. We have been wary to leave voicemails on the schedulers (Jazmin) voicemail as it is not a greeting stating you have reached High Performance Homes, the greeting just says the person you are calling is unavailable" in addition to changing their phone #'s, most recent "new phone #" from Jazmin was a location "Forks, WA...which is 230 miles from Clark County WA. How does that seem legitimate with that greeting to trust it is from High Performance Homes?  We have documented attempts to contact the business for the past 7 months.. The last communication from "Jazmin" was a voicemail to us on 8/19/2016 stating she would contact us Monday 8/22/2016 to set up a meeting, no response from her until  9/2/2016 via text message. We requested an email from Cameron himself what his offer is.  We have had to chase them down for finishing the roof , not getting code permits, REALLY shoddy repair work, installing wrong color hip & ridge, etc ...  Cameron is very inattentive to his business & keeps saying the various different workers he sent out on 3 occasions have been his "best guys"!  EVEN though one of them has only worked there 2 months.   I guess we will try to chase him down for the meeting he wants to have through Jazmin.  It is not acceptable during this second meeting for the CEO and Owner to talk over each other again like last time.  We are sure he has no intention of making things right or negotiating price but will stick to his company as being "exceptional".  7 months for a simple straight roof with no valleys "total 25 squares" takes 7 months!  This is not our communication problem it is theirs.  We will attempt to talk with him as he requested and follow up with Revdex.com after.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the repairs to the kitchen ceiling have not, at this time occured. We were told those repairs would be done last week.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Mr. and Mrs. [redacted],
Our office has spoken with you several times over the course of the past month. Our contract with you is to install a Standing Seam Metal Roof. We have an installer who specializes in this type of roof install and does excellent, high quality work.
We...

always want to deliver a High Performance install to our clients. Due to the type of project we are completing for you and the specialty installer needed, this does require a slightly longer timeline before your project can begin. We received a call from you, regarding your dissatisfaction with the timeline that our install department presented to you. Customer service is always our top priority and we immediately did our very best to further expedite your project. We have adjusted our schedule, made another installer available and presented two closer start dates to you.
We look forward to starting your project on the week of 7/11/2016.
Please feel free to contact our office directly with any additional questions you may have.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: it is patently untrue the High Performance Homes "has been trying to get ahold of (us) via telephone since December 2016". They have TWO contact phone numbers for us, which they have successfully used many times in the past, and they have not called either of those numbers since 12/12/16, when we returned a voicemail left for us on one of those numbers, reaching the voicemail of High Performance Homes and leaving a message which was never returned. We received a letter from HPH on 1/25/16 which made the same claim, and we responded by sending a letter via registered mail (recipient signature required) stating among other things that any further contact from them would need to be in writing as they continued to claim that WE were unresponsive. We feel that little to no effort has been made by this company to address our concerns and have informed them that we are prepared to enter arbitration (which is a condition of the original contract) if they feel the need to pursue a claim against us. We would be satisfied to receive a document from them releasing us from any further payment and to go our separate ways.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
