Review: Late May, this company performed a cleaning service. In doing so, they broke a ceiling fan blade, but did not notify us. When discovered, we notified the Owner of
the problem and he said he would have it repaired. (Found out later that blades could not be fixed). When nothing occured for a time, we attempted to contact the
Owner with little to no success. Much later, I ran into the Owner at a local gas station. When asked about the problem, he explained that his "deductible" was too high, but that he would get back to us. He has never re-contacted us.
After several months we purchased a new fan and in October had it professionally installed (entirely missing the fan season). The fan and installation has cost us
$400, plus the aggravation of picking up materials and making arrangements.Desired Settlement: Since the problem was entirely their fault, we believe they owe us the total amount of the replacement. We may have negotiated at the beginning, but the total disregard of our problem left us considering litigation.
