This was a complex job with extensive foundation issues, which required multiple visits to the home. In addition, some portions of the job were weather permitting and could not be completed until mid-spring when the temperatures were at a level acceptable for the product being installed
We have spoken with the homeowner, and have completed all contracted work, as well as issued the customer a $credit for the inconvenience

We have received the complaint and have been in contact with the customer multiple times since hearing of her dissatisfaction. We regret that the homeowner was not aware that the vapor barrier installed would have a seam, though we do feel the product brochure does show the taped seams in the image....

However, we do stand behind all of our work, and are committed to customer satisfaction.  Therefore, we are working with the homeowner to come to an acceptable resolution.  We have agreed to allow her to keep the product installed on her walls, and have refunded her the cost of the product.
