High Plains Dermatology is okay, the problem is the people over at new horizons, their billing Office, she rudely took my payment over the phone, I was trying to ask a simple question while making my payment, I was interrupted several times, ultimately sighed at and that's how my phone call with Jessica (I don't know the last name) endedI called back since I need to know something; phone picked up, then hung up, called again and they pretended to not hear me, I called from two different linesI will go ask my question to the office insteadI have worked in healthcare for yearsIf we ever do that at our office we would get firedPlease be nice, JessicaGod bless

Typical large Drs office. Overbooked no respect for the patients time. Had a 9:30 appointment, didn't see a Dr till almost 10:30
