High Plains Handymen

Had work done with a contractor who had given a quote, ended up going over his quote. He did not finish in the amount of time that he said he would and we have had nothing but issues since he "finished' we have to contact him multiple time and then he doesn't call us back unless we threaten a lawsuit and then when he comes back he patches up the work and doesn't fix it properly. He has yelled at my wife and I when he was drunk and we found out later in towards the end of the contract that he had been drinking while he was working on our home. He had to fire multiples subcontractors while he was doing the work and we have had to do a lot of repairs ourselves that were supposed to be covered under our warranty and we can never reach him. We have been without air conditioning multiple times because he doesn't return calls to come fix it and we have had so much suffering due to this. The ceilings are starting to have issues already within just months of finishing the work and we just found out he did not insulate the house properly but since he wont call us back we have no choice to take further action.
