The comfy cone that suggested that we use is the wrong size for my dogThe cone that is supposed to prevent him from chewing on his wounds allows him to pull his head out of the cone and scratch at his woundIt has in fact caused it to get much worse than what it was beforeI have tried to put it on him at the tightest setting and will NOT stay on him.They told us the XXL for a small lab and this one is far too big for himwe even used the specified size suggestions and it is way bigger than what the actual site recommendsThis place is a veterinary clinic and they sold us this product for what reason, to get more than double the priceI am not asking for the refunded difference between the two cones which is quite a bit of differencebut I want something that is going to work for my dogWe trusted these people and they lead us incorrectly and wont make It rightNow I just want my money refunded or a proper exchangethey even hung up on us when you tried to make it right!

On December 30. 2016 my husband called and made an appt to get our cat his annual shots. We weren't sure what was needed bc the last time he got shots was in a different state and all stats have different laws. My husband took our records with him. No one bothered to look and see if our cat even needed any shots until they took him back to a room and started giving him an exam. We weren't going to get an exam at this time if he didn't need any of his mandatory shots. At that time my husband was told that his shots weren't due yet and we were charged for a $60 office visit that wasn't even needed. It was our choice to have our cat examined when shots weren't being administered, not theres. They took that upon themselves and took advantage of us. They refuse to refund or even partially refund the office visit. This business is very shady. One of the vets even hung up on me.

They have been my vet since I moved to the Springs. I made an appointment for a time-sensitive travel certificate today. I spoke with them 3 days ago to verify the appointment and the paperwork. I showed up for the appointment today and they don't do the travel certificates. They tell me they don't have a license. The USDA says all they need is a vet license, so apparently this is an unlicensed vet. Do not trust them with your pet!
