We were not notified about this complaint until over days since we were at the homeThe invoice from the A/C contractor states that there was no fee for the service call since it was a reoccurring problemThe home owner, A/C contractor, Realtors, and I agreed to meet at the property Friday
06-30-to resolve the issues (this meeting was set up by them)No one showed up for the meeting except the home owners realtorWe feel the complaint is not valid due to the time period, lack of interest on their part, reoccurring problem, and the fact that we did not enter the attic (only viewed it from the access hatchThank you, *** ***
