Dear Revdex.com, In the case regarding Mrs [redacted] for the tv serviced on 10/10/and picked up 11/3/Our service agreement stated in bold print "all service work and parts installed, by us, are fully warranted for days from the date picked up by the customer" which Mrs [redacted] have signed on 10/10/It is unfortunate that the TV failed to performed as expected and which during those days, we did warranty work without any chargesHowever, when Mrs [redacted] brought the TV backed on 3/518, the TV is no longer under the days warranted by our service agreementWe have offered Mrs [redacted] a $part cost for the new backlights which she refused (not the $she stated from the Revdex.com complaint)We did not hear back from her until the letter from Revdex.com caught our attentionWe tried to offer the best possible solution in case like these, in which we waived the labor charge and customer only have to the cover the cost of the partPlease let us know if there's anything we can do to mend the situationSincerely, Tuan L*

I am rejecting this response because:
You already have the details of what happenedThis is and extension of what happened and my thoughts on whyMy son and I took the tv back on March 5th along with the paperwork which showed all the dates that the tv had been worked onThe gentleman that I spoke to looked at the paperwork and told my son and I that they would replace the backlights again but that was the last time they could do it under the warrantyMy son suggested that they check to see if there was something else wrong that was causing the backlights to burn outThe gentleman stated that they couldn't do that until that part went outA couple days later I received a call (again on the number that they couldn't get through on in the beginning) and was told that it would cost $to fix the tv because it was no longer under warrantyThis was seen by the gentleman we spoke to when we brought the tv in on March 5thHad he told me at that time that he couldn't fix it under warranty I would have simply brought the tv back home with meThe company has a policy that if the item brought in isn't picked up within days it becomes theirsIt is my belief that they did not use new parts the first or second time I took the tv inIf they had used new parts they could have returned the parts as faulty and had them replaced at no chargeI fully believe that they simply wanted the tv to sell for themselves.
