I am rejecting this response because: 1)The website was clear about the dimensions: 34" depth After my complaint, the company changed the dimension to 32" I have copies of the website before and after to substantiate my statement 2)I never complained about fabric I have a copy of an email I sent to substantiate that I liked the fabric but the furniture was not the same dimensions as the website 3.)Of what relevance are the photos of other people's furniture? 4)I did not make arrangements with the shipping companyRather, the company chose and contracted with the shipping company I was required by the company to pay the shipping separately This charge would never have been incurred if I had not relied on the 34" depth dimension 5) Fabric would not add 2" to the depth.In summary, all of the statements by the company are meant to distract us from the real issue: The measurements stated on the website are NOT the measurements of my furniture This furniture was not custom built but only the fabric was custom I like the fabric However, the furniture is not what I ordered I ordered 34" depth but received 32" depth The fact that the website was changed AFTER my complaint only serves to substantiate my claim

I am rejecting this response because:
I believe I am entitled to 100% of the cost of the furniture AND the shipping costs based on the inaccurate information on High Point's website ( a copy of which was sent to the Revdex.com) The dimensions on the website showed a depth that was 2" more than the furniture actually is (a photo was sent to Revdex.com) I want the furniture picked up and returned to High Point at their expense and I don't believe I'm responsible for a "re-stocking" fee If this cannot be resolved by the Revdex.com, I will take High Point to Small Claims Court I should not be required to pay for an error on their website

Prior to the website being changed, the dimensions included a depth of 34". Based on this information, I ordered the products. If the website information had been accurate, as it is now, since it was changed, I never would have ordered the products

The shipping company contact Ms. [redacted] today to setup an date and time next week to deliver her the Queen Anne Chair. She told them not to contact her anymore. Will not accept the chair.  Her sofa, loveseat and ottoman furniture is not damaged. She signed the Bill of Lading, she was given sufficient time by the drivers to inspect the furniture and by signing everything meet her approval. Ms. [redacted]; Will need to setup her on shipping company to have the furniture return back to me. She is responsible for the returned shipping cost.Once the Sofa, Loveseat and Ottoman is returned and there is no damaged we will refund her money back, but there is a 40% restocking fee.What is the Cancellation Policy?If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation.What is the Return Policy?You are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced with the exception of damaged merchandize. (Ms. [redacted] furniture is not damaged). Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 40% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 30 days from the delivery date. Date: 2/5/2018  Please keep in mind this is custom built furniture – before any customer place an order with me - I ship them samples of many different colors and type of fabric. The Queen Anne Furniture is a formal heirloom type of furniture. You can not change the seating dimension 20”, no...

matter what the size or the depth on the outside arm. The inside seating and the inside back are the standard in all the Queen Anne furniture. The MFG will not change the size of the frame or the legs. You can see this in all of the pictures chenille polyester cotton fabric or woven fabric. The pictures are from previous customers. If she had ordered 100% woven polyester that is heavier fabric will change the depth of the arm.  Ms. [redacted], you order 52% polyester with 48% cotton fabrics in a light weight fabric. This fabric is (Hunter Green) with a chenille finished sheen. Here you can vary between 32” to 34” depth, but will not change the inside seating 20”. To give the customer that nice smooth finished they are looking for, upholster sometime has to pulls the fabric tight. You do not want to have wrinkles or loose fabric on your arms, outside arms, outside back inside back and seating. This is not standard running furniture – with the same running fabric – this is custom build furniture – where the customer picks out the fabric. There is a lot of selection in colors of fabric and weight of the fabric that could change the dimension on the width of arm. Ms. [redacted], can see on your sofa the seat cushion has be flush in the front of the curve ankle. The shipping guys: when they entered her home with the furniture they notice she was complaining more about the color she had chosen (Hunter Green Fabric). What is the Return Policy? You are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced with the exception of damaged merchandize. 40% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for furniture.  When signing the "Freight Ticket" the buyer has found everything to meet their approval and you agree that the shipping company can ship the chair in a couple of weeks.
