Review: The owner of this business, [redacted] was hired to make our wedding video in August 2009. He was paid in full, and I own a copy of the receipt and contract. Because of my husband's new job, we had to move a few times and in that time, I kept in contact with Mr. [redacted]. I needed to keep in contact with him because he needed me to send him pictures and music needed for the wedding. The last time I contacted him, I apologized for taking so long, but circumstances got in the way. He said not to worry, most couples take a long time to get back to him...some take years. I have been trying to contact him for a year now, and he will not answer either home or cell phone. There is no answering machine for the home phone, but I have left multiple messages on his cell phone. I have not received a call back, a letter about my video, nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my wedding video. This is very important to us, it is a document of a life changing day for my husband and I. I am begging for this video back and completed. There should be no discrepency on Mr. [redacted] end...he received his payment. Praying you can help!Thank you!
