High Point Welding and Small Engine Repair

Review: The owner of High Point Welding and Small Engine Repair in [redacted], NJ ([redacted]) had taken my daughters vehicle and agreed to do the repairs needed to fix it and get it running. He, on numerous occasions, requested money for different issues he said was wrong with the vehicle. He was given the first few times approximately $1300 to repair the vehicle and than came back to us and said he needed an additional $700 to get a new engine in it. He was given the money and this was approximately April 7, 2015 and he is now NOT answering phone calls, texts nor the door of the business.He in turn has our vehicle plus all the money and still has not fixed the vehicle and will not answer our calls. We want a refund and our vehicle to tow it to another place to repair it.Desired Settlement: We want ALL monies he was given, we have receipts and messages to prove what he has, and we want our vehicle back.
