High Power Technical Services, LLC Reviews (2)

August 1, 2017To Whom It May Concern:On our initial trip to the customers home we were there to hook up a new upgraded receiver for the customer. When our technician turned on the T.V the picture had lines in it. The customer told our technician that the T.V always did that and that it usually went...

away after it got warmed up. When the customer called in to report the problem we sent another technician out to look it over. Our Field Service Manager went out to the customers home and verified that the electrical outlets were all fine and that the dish box was hooked up correctly. He tried hooking it up to different inputs and got the same result on the T.V.  The customer told the Field Service Manager that when you first turned the T.V on the picture had lines in it but after a little while it would warm up and it was watchable. The Field Service Manager reported to us that the dish box was working fine.  The outputs on the box transfer a picture to the T.V but do not put out any kind of voltage that would damage a T.V.  Our best conclusion is that the customer’s 16 year old T.V had finally worn out. We apologize if the customer was told that there would be a repair or a replacement by the Field Service Manager. Those decisions are made by our damage claims department after the inspection has been performed and the report filed. Thank you,[redacted]Human Resources Manager[redacted]

Revdex.com: I never ever said that the tv had lines in it and when it warms up they go away. THE TV WAS FUNCTIONING PERFECTLY BEFORE THEIR JOKE OF A TECHNICIAN [redacted]ED IT UP. Also I don't appreciate her saying I said something that I didn't. That pisses me off. Not to mention defamation of character lawsuit she is about to be in. Also assuming that my 16yr old tv finally went out. For your information [redacted] I still have the [redacted]Word Rejected*ed receipt and its not even 10 yrs old. So before you go putting words in my mouth, take the [redacted] out of yours. Just another piece of [redacted] company that thinks they can't be touched. For the record she is lying about what I said. Never did I say they go away after it warms up. Take responsibility for your inexperienced workers and make it right. Also might want to train your employees better. I have no reason what so ever to make any of this up. If my tv was doing it before he touched it I would admit it. But it wasn't. And that's what I told him.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]
