I am rejecting this response because: I dont understand how waiting for parts for or four days sets you back from placing an engine in daysThe fact that your employees father died does not take the responsability away from the business to get your job doneYour honey moon and texas 2kwere not my personal issues if you would have some policies like a regular business would none of this would have happenedI gave the responsability of my car getting fixed to High PSI and they bought a bad motor which they didnt even know how much warranty it had and never looked it over when they received it but now they are trying to put this on me? Now they are calling me belligerent because I refuse to give them more money but they did nothing for me but waste dollars and im still sitting on a bad motorThe ignorance this business has with their customers is unbelievable

To whom it may concern Mr*** came to my shop wanting to purchase a motor for his vehicle the first week in March I found a motor from *** Auto Motors and we soon ordered itThe motor did not ship until March7, I explained to Mr*** that we would try to have his
car ready in two weeks due to the fact I was busy and would be going out of the countyWe received his motor on Tuesday march 10, After disassembling the motor we began the processBy Thursday the we discovered his clutch and flywheel needed to be replaced which is a common issueOnce again this is not a part we can get local and also takes to days for shippingI explained to Mr.*** it was not a good idea to rush this process so we can be sure everything ends out wellWe received the clutch on March 17, which is the week I was out of the country and a day before my co-workers father passed awayDue to my absence and the unfortunate family emergency, it put a strain on myself as one person to get the motor together and put back into his carThis was a 17hour job.The week of the 22nd of march Mr*** came by to check on his vehicle. The motor was in the car at this time as he proceeded to explain that he did not have the money for the vehicle and he was in no hurry to pick it upI still continued to finish within the week. After I was done I noticed that the motor was knocking I contacted Mr*** and informed him of what was going on and our optionsThe engine company offered another motor to Mr*** at a discount due to the fact the first motor was out of its day warranty. We offered to install that second motor for free as a kind jester for his misfortuneUpon trying to collect fund funds for our work done to the car to try to help Mr*** with his carHe became irate, belligerent and refused make any paymentAt that point we informed him would not longer help him and that he needed to come pick up his car and pay his bill which he has refused to do

Upon trying to collect fund funds for our work done to the car to try to help Mr. [redacted] with his car. He became irate, belligerent and refused make any payment. At that point we informed him would not longer help him and that he needed to come pick up his car and pay his bill which he has refused to do.
