Dear Representative ofRevdex.com [redacted] came in a honda civic coupe Gold Silver He said he was referred by a friend of hisI insepcted the vehicle and there was dents all over the vehicle not repaired properly based on my inspectionMr [redacted] request that I repair the dents on his vechicle and primer complete car with no paint at this time he alleged that he bring back the vehicle at a later date to finish the paint jobAdvised that the job would ake time as I had proor cars that I was working on at this time I gave the option of taking his vehicle ro another body shop as I was booked for the next three weeksHe left to another body shop and returned with in minutes stating that they were busy and couldn’t help himAsked f I would fix his his car, once again I advised him that it would not be right away as I had another vehicles to work on, He statedhw was in no hurry for this vechicle to be doneI made the calculations for the repairs I quoted him at $for the material on he agreed to leave the vehicle at the shop after being advised that his vechile would be on hold untill I finished the work.Mr [redacted] returned to my shop day after his initial visit to check the progress on his vehicle anbd left with out saying anythingA couple and was inquiring why nothing was done to his vehicle at this time he wanted to take his vehicle back and I advised him I was fine with taking his vehicleThe Mr [redacted] stated he would report me to the Revdex.com I advised him that I was not doing anything wrong, and he kept insisting that he wanted his car fixedThen after that conversation I agree to work in his vehicle aftr days he show up at the shop with a doorlook he want to instaled in his vehicle I said ok finally the job was done Mr [redacted] pick up his vehicle and inspected all around and the door look tooAnd his own words he sadi perfect!!! I like itHow ook with the grey primer he paid that $and leftMr [redacted] returned to high quality after weeks complain about the job of his bumperI inspect the Vehicle the bumper has scratches left corner sideand was loose he threaten to Revdex.com so I explain it to replace the bumper bracket reteiner and mer [redacted] ask me to order the part and he will paid for it so I order the part he return days afer and I installedAnd he ask me how much I charge to applyclear coat on tap the primer and I said its no possible because it’s primer not a paint in the propelly proses of refinishHe left with out paid the partMr [redacted] returned months after and he complain about white spots in his vehicleIn my concern about complain in profession opinion those white spots water dry in top of primerI advised him the process and I would not touch his vehicle any moreHe get upset and threaten again I said he can go ahead and do what he wanted too.I’m [redacted] owner of High Quality auto body from begining of the situation I never refuse to fix any claim about my job or extra labor or parts involded or threaten him on any kind of unrespectfull [redacted]

that all documents I have about this business, like I said in my complaint this person or the owner of the business did not provide with any work receipt, and he told me any problem you come back and I will take care of it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I agree and disagree with Mr [redacted] , but the only time I really got upset when the third time I washed the car, the color of the new paint start disappearing as you see on the pictures I provided, and as he said with his own words, I would not touch his vehicle any moreHe get upset and threaten again I said he can go ahead and do what he wanted too.Mr [redacted] told me that the process will be done no more then a week but it take him weeks + to finish my car and I never told him that I’m not hurry (He stated was in no hurry for this vehicle to be done.)I never show any anger toward Mr [redacted] yes I do told him I will report to Revdex.com this incident, that doesn’t mean I’m threaten him as he stated.My final of my complain to Mr [redacted] you put cheap paint and that’s why start I’m facing this problem, and what I think, you don’t care as long you got your moneyBut there is GOD and he is watching Regards, [redacted] ***
