To whom it may concern, I registered for a [redacted] class with this businessUpon further review after I received receipt of paymentThe receipt reflected a lower amount charged for the classI didn't realized that my credit card was charged for the higher price until I checked my credit card a few days after I paid for the classI have emailed and called several times regarding the matterI have both the initial receipt and then the receipt (which was sent later) that reflected the amount I was charged for the classI have yet to hear back from anyone (in my last email, it was stated that they were awaiting to hear from the supervisor as to whether or not they would honor the promotion since an error was made on their behalf) regarding this matter

We are at lost as to why *** *** resulted in contacting the Revdex.com when this issue was resolved We do not thing there was any other way to resolve this issue, especially due to a technical glitch The refund was process as a courtesy and we did our job We hope that after

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me (although I disagree with some of the claims made by the business).  They have refunded me the money, which I'm grateful for. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
