On November 3 they were supposed to
start painting Showed up without paint, never returned.  There were
movers, but there was plenty of space for them to work.  Movers were not
int Kitchen Arizona room or 2 of the bedrooms.  My house was not and has
never been disgustingly dirty.  After they left there was a disgusting
amount of paint spots. They started on the 4th and finish the job that was
supposed to be done on tth was done on the 9th.  I was happy with the
painting except some spots that I pointed out and I was told would be repaired.
However they had not cleened up the drop cloths and take covers of
things.  That is when the trouble began.  I marked over 100 sots ov
paint on the furniture, the carpeting, the floor, the bathtub and shower.
I had my neighbors come to look at the mess and they will be happy to
agree that the mess was out of control. As for the garage door. There is no short .  It has a 20
minute auto shut control,  but the night they left it open there was a
paint sprayer and paint cans blocking the safety light so it could not close.
Furthermore the actual painters did not or should not have had a code to
shut the door.  Someone was supposed to come by and take care of it..They came by and did some touchups and supposedly clean ups.  They were also supposed to put up the blinds
and rods.  They put up the blinds that I
told them not to.  They put up the  custom blinds in my living room
backwards.  They didn’t  do the master at all.  I called back
They changed th blinds that were backwards and in the process, broke the
part that opened and closed the blinds.
They repaired it with glue, but it is obvious it will not hold.  In order to get it back to the way it was I
would have to replace all three sets of blind that are in the area.  The door wall blinds in the bedroom did not
work at all.  I gave up and had a
handyman work on it for over an hour.  On
the last day they opened the windows because they were using a cleanup solution
that had an odor.  Some windows were
closed but not locked. Many were wide open.  As Mr O[redacted]aid, I would welcome the paint job is good, but there  are still paint blobs and damaged items.

High Quality Improvements was scheduled to start working at the residence on 11/03/15. When we got there at the scheduled time (12:00), the movers were supposed to be gone, and the residence was to be empty. This was not the case. There were items all over the residence still, and there were several movers in and out of the house. This was not going to work due to the following reasons:
1) Safety Concerns with the painters on ladders
2) Masking and prepping issues
3) Household items were in the way
The movers weren't supposed to be there at the residence, and the house was to be empty. This was a scheduling issue that we didn't create. However, this is another example of Mrs. [redacted] blaming us for things we didn't do.
All the paint issues/spots were addressed. Mrs. [redacted] was there overseeing us clean them up. She had no complaints with the clean-up when we were there.
The contract we both signed does not have anywhere in there for High Quality Improvements to hang the blinds. This was Mrs. [redacted] responsibility. We took down the blinds/hung them to be nice. There was a broken handle to one of the blinds, however it was already like that.
Any time Mr.s [redacted] had an issue with anything, we always wen't over to the residence and addressed whatever issues she had. I would once again encourage anyone from the Revdex.com to go over to the residence and take a look at the work that was done.
Also, Mrs. [redacted] siad "she didn't have much money", so I took 400.00 dollars off the price. I didn't have to do that....was trying to be a nice guy. I will not reach any agreement with Mrs. [redacted] I'd be more than happy to go up against her in small claims court. I followed the contract that was agreed upon. I never broke the agreement.
