Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/09) */ As a representative for High Ridge Animal Hospital, I would like to state that the above complaint is a result of a miscommunicationThere are two owners for the three pets that we typically seeWe would see them mostly for grooming appointmentsAt the time of grooming services there were times there was miscommunication between owners and staffThe owner would come in and drop off the dogs for their grooming appointmentIt is our protocol here to go over a grooming check in sheet before the owner leaves their pet in our careAt that time the owner confirmed the grooming and a vaccine packageWhen the owner returned to pick up the pets, the bill was paid in full and it was not expressed to the staff that there was an issue with the billThe owner also never called to speak with the office manager or veterinarian about the complaints they have listed aboveAll of the services that were rendered were charged to the owner at the time of pick upA fecal sample collection container was also sent home to bring in a specimen at the owners soonest convinceWe are willing to provide a refund for the fecal sample since the owner has not brought a sample back inWe would like to speak with the owner of the patient(s) seen to try to resolve the issue of the miscommunication

appointments. At the time of grooming services there were times there was miscommunication between owners and staff. The owner would come in and drop off the dogs for their grooming appointment.
