High Ridge Construction Inc

I would see these High Ridge Construction trucks all around the neighborhood so I thought I would keep the business local. I called to ask for someone to come out to give me a quote and I was told someone would call me back around 12:30 pm to give me an appointment and no one did. I waited called back the next day told them I was still waiting to hear from someone and they gave me an appointment for the next day from 9-12 pm. I waited the next day from 9 till 11:50 called back and asked if someone was coming out or not and the lady said they were so sorry but the person was in a meeting and would have to reschedule would 2-4 be ok? I stopped her and said it would have been nice if they had called me and told me the person was in a meeting and not coming to meet at said time in the first place. I said I wanted a specific time and did not want to have to waste the rest of my day waiting on someone. I had already missed a day of work and thought it quite rude on their part not to call me to reschedule in the first place. This lady politely said she would check with the person who was supposed to come out in the first place and get back to me. We never heard back from them. God works in mysterious ways. If this is how they run their business from the start I can only imagine what headaches I would have had later.
