High Sierra Antennas

Just started getting ads from this guy again. It was a few years ago, I had ordered 4 pieces from High Sierra. I opened the box immediately and was missing a pair of wire cutters. The owner took the call and said he packed my order himself and "it was all there." I heard his secretary (?) say "the part is under your chair." He said he would express mail it to me. I never heard from him.

Integrity?

All I can say is that the owner, Jim cancelled my order without my express permission. The reason was that I wrote a concerned email to him asking why my order which was placed on a Monday at 10 AM was still sitting on the mail desk in his office on Friday later that week. USPS Priority Mail was mandatory, no choices.. Belligerent responses by the owner. No phone number contact listed anywhere. I'm a repeat customer as well. Terrible customer service.. Rude treatment.

I'm done with this place.
