Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/06/03) */ Reservation was made for 6 PM at regular rates and the manager also told her after 7 PM it is Rocket Bowl pricing. She didn't show up on time for her reservation. She was an hour late, therefore it was Rocket Bowl prices. This was all written... on a receipt from 5/27/17 when she first called. When they were done bowling and came to the counter to pay, the credit card machine was down and was rebooted within 5 min. She and her party walked out owing a snack bar bill ($66.75), shoe rental($33.00), $84.00(rounded down games should have been $93.10)minus her deposit (which she should have forfeited because of being an hour late) We asked her to pay $158.75. The owner never threatened her, he just simply said we would have to turn the security video,invoices and receipts over to the police dept. for collection. The credit card she gave him was blocked by her because we did not have the number to run again. When she finally called back, she gave the owner a card number that did not work. He had to call her back again to get a good card number that would work. Finally, Thursday, four days after the incident, she called with a good credit card. We should never have had to call her several times to get her to pay for her bills! She clearly walked out and intentionally knew she had not paid her bills. She was never threatened nor was there any harassing going on. We have all the documentation and video to back these claims. I contacted the company and asked were there any type of special effects to be added because there was a birthday to be celebrated the young lady over the phone told me to come at 7:00pm and the kids can be gain bowling with a black light effect and she also stated she will change my reservation time to 7:00 pm so my party and I showed up at 7:00 pm also wen it came time to leave the manager whom was there gave everyone their shoes as he continued to reboot the computer for the third time and began to be rude! The owner was not there and have not a drop of knowledge of anything that when gon if he did this would be a different conversation! Upon the owner contacting me instead of tryna to figure out what was going on the first voicemail was he was calling the police! Someone who is running out on a bill do not call back to pay it considering the fact I don't even live there & there's no information of mine on file I could have just ignored the situation! I felt prejudged by this establishment and it's owner whom the manager refused to contact until he realized he had not been paid due to his machine issues!! I asked for the owner serval times and now he magically appeared when he thought he was not going to recover the balance due this place is a joke smh & is not good for a family setting as they are rude to the point a family in line behind us had to ask the guy what's his problem
